My background as a Persian American woman is reflected in my work through focuses on themes of duality, tension with unity, Persian culture, ethnic minority perspective in America, feminism, and a touch of religion. My style includes life-like drawing and painting, and dips into abstract expressionism. I’m honored to have had my original artwork on display in group exhibitions at M.A.S.H. Gallery in Los Angeles, USC, and the LA Art Show. Previous shows have also included donations and fundraisers aiding causes meaningful to me or my community.
